How to book online?

You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.

How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?

Cancellation and request for refund may be processed in any Bragais ticketing offices at least one (1) day before the trip and subject to a 30% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.

How to rebook trip?

Passenger reservation may be rebooked online up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip by selecting the Manage Booking button on the ticket voucher or at https://easybus.ph/rebook.

Over-the-counter rebooking and refund requests is only accepted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the trip.

Rebooking: 10% fee
Refund: 30% fee.
Service fee is non-refundable.

Are pets allowed onboad?

Pets are allowed onboard, subject to the following guidelines:

Small to medium-sized pets are allowed onboard. They must be in a carrier/cage or on a leash, wear animal diapers, and be free from foul odor.
Passengers traveling with pets must reserve an entire row of seats.
